People have always been my favourite subject.
For fourteen years, I worked in international finance, where I learned the value of structure, precision and strategic thinking. But what fascinated me most was never the numbers. It was the way people interpret reality, make decisions and sometimes become trapped by invisible assumptions, old narratives or perspectives they no longer question.
That curiosity eventually became my profession.
