For years, I worked with brilliant people. Sharp minds with strong analytical skills fed by endless information.
And yet, I kept noticing the same thing:
the moments where people felt most stuck had very little to do with intelligence.

More often, they came from something much harder to detect: blind spots, internal contradictions, hidden bias, rigid identities, unconscious fears...
In other words: things that logic and reason alone struggle to access.

That is where my work begins.

I use symbolic and unexpected tools to access exactly those invisible forces. The thoughts, emotions and inner narratives that quietly shape our decisions long before we become aware of their influence. Things we no longer see or feel, and yet can still hear if we stay silent for a moment.

Because sometimes what keeps us stuck is not a lack of data, strategy, or competence: it’s the inability to see what is already here.

Our brain understands images and symbols before it understands explanations. Long before we explain ourselves, we imagine ourselves.

So, I do not use symbolic tools to predict the future. I use them to make the present more readable, more accessible and more actionable. Only then can you make clearer decisions about what comes next.

Over the summer, I will share a series inspired by the 78 cards of the Tarot.
Not as mystical objects but as mirrors of human complexity.

Each card captures an energy, a pattern, a gift and a distortion, an archetype every human being carries, resists, loses or rediscovers throughout life.
Something you may recognize in yourself, in the people around you and in those you lead, in moments of transition, or in the way you relate to power, ambition and change.

Historically, kings surrounded themselves with strategists, generals and advisors. Many also kept a fool at court.

Why? Because the fool could say what no one else dared to say:
through humour,
through paradox,
through uncomfortable truth.

I don’t aspire to be the smartest person in the room.
I aspire to be the one who helps people see what the room itself has stopped seeing.

Because sometimes what leaders need is not more information. They need a different mirror.

This series is not about learning Tarot.
The cards are simply the excuse.
The real subject has always been us.
